Applications and Scholarships

Flagship students are encouraged to apply the scholarships listed below and to investigate other opportunities relating to their majors, their local communities, their parents’ work places, etc.

Please note that most applications require letters of reference, personal statements, and other supporting documents. Most agencies have a strict requirement that they receive your online application and all supporting documents (e.g., letters of reference and transcripts) by the deadline. Be sure to check the websites early for the exact dates, and to arrange for recommendation from professors and to have official transcripts sent well before the deadlines. Not all of the supporting documents are submitted online, so you may need to plan for some extra mailing time.
